In an age where the “digital continent” is the new mission field, the Communications Ministry serves as the storytellers and technical backbone of St Stephen. Our mission is simple: to amplify the message of the Gospel and enhance the worship experience of our community. We bridge the gap between the Church and the faithful—ensuring that whether you are scrolling through Facebook or Instagram, or participating in the Holy Mass, you are connected to the heartbeat of our Parish.
What We Do
Our ministry is divided into specialized teams to cover the different needs of the church:Audio-Visual (AV): We operate the “nervous system” of the Mass. From mixing sound to ensure the Homily is heard clearly, to managing projection slides so the congregation can pray in unison, we work behind the scenes to facilitate a distraction-free liturgy.
Photography & Videography: We capture the sacred moments of our Liturgy, including Sacramental Celebrations (First Holy Communion, Confirmation, Feast Day, and community events, etc).
Digital (Social Media & Web): We manage the parish Website, Facebook and Instagram channels, keeping the community informed and engaged.
Design & Editorial: We design publicity materials (posters, banners) and curate written reflections to inspire the faithful.

Are you a creative or a tech enthusiast looking to use your talents for God? We are looking for:
AV: Projectionists (preparing and operating slides, no prior experience needed; training provided. Served on a roster basis for Masses.)
Photographers & Videographers: (DSLR/Mirrorless owners preferred).
Graphic Designers, Social Media and Web Content Creators: (if you are skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, etc).
